Come and make your first quilt project with Dotty! This is an introduction to quilting basics. Topics will be ruler work, rotary cutting, piecing and quilting in the ditch. At the end of these three classes, you will have a lap quilt that you can be proud of. Pattern is included in the class fee.
CLASS FEE: $60 SKILLS: Beginner and up
Prerequisite: You must be familiar with your machine and have basic sewing skills for this class.

Supply List: Sewing machine in working order Manual, cord and foot pedal for machine Neutral color thread; gray, tan or white Sewing tool kit with scissors, pins, seam ripper, and fabric marker Rotary cutter with new blade Creative Grids ruler at least 4” by 18.” Medium Cutting Mat Notepaper and pencil Fabric needed: One yard each of three coordinating prints for the quilt top. 3 yards of fabric for the quilt backing and binding (can be purchased after class #2)
REMINDER: Class Cancellation Policy is one week in advance to receive a refund; otherwise, you will receive store credit. If you cancel or do not show on the day of class, there will be NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT since we must compensate our teachers. Also, if you are the first person to sign up for a class you need to check back before purchasing your sup-plies to make sure the class is a go.
