The pattern includes instructions for using PUL (polyurethane laminate) fabric to make a pad with a wipe-clean lining. An outer zippered pocket on the clutch holds personal items and a handy flap closes the folded clutch, keeping everything contained and easily accessible. Drop it in any bag, strap it to your wrist, or clip it to your stroller and you're good to go. The finished Clutch measures 7¼""H x 11½""W x 2""D closed and 15½""H x 11½""W when open. The Changing Pad opens to 22"" x 22"" and easily folds to fit inside the folded Clutch.
