Beginning Sewing with Dotty- Japanese Knot Bag

Come and make a very simple sewing project with Dotty! This is an introduction to sewing basics. You will learn about cutting and sewing a straight line, reading a pattern and a neat finishing technique! Pattern included in class fee. Choose your own fabric theme for your very own Japanese Knot Bag! CLASS FEE: $35 SKILLS: Beginner and up

Supply List: Sewing machine in working order Manual, cord and foot pedal for machine Thread to match fabric sewing tool kit with scissors, pins, seam ripper, and fabric marker rotary cutter with new blade Creative Grids ruler at least 4” by 18.” Medium Cutting Mat Notepaper and pencil Fabric needed: ½ yd each of two fabrics ½ yard of pattern tracing material
REMINDER: Class Cancellation Policy is one week in advance to receive a refund; otherwise, you will receive store credit. If you cancel or do not show on the day of class, there will be NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT since we must compensate our teachers. Also, if you are the first person to sign up for a class you need to check back before purchasing your sup-plies to make sure the class is a go.
