Christmas Tree by Laundry Basket Quilts with Marsha July 16th from 10-2 and July 30th from 10-4 We are starting the Christmas Holidays early! Join Marsha in making this really simple Christmas Tree by Laundry Basket Quilts. The traditional piecing is only squares and half-square triangles so it’s even great for a beginning quilter. You will work on cutting and making HST the first day and with a little homework, you should be able to finish up the project on the second day. Block size is 3in, finished project size is 38.5 in X 47.5in. Our sample is made from the Noel collection by Edyta Sitar for Andover. We will have kits available as well. Class limited to 6 students CLASS FEE: $40 SKILLS: Beginner Supplies: • Pattern: Christmas Tree by LBQ (required purchase) • Fabric for quilt according to pattern back • Sewing machine in working order • Neutral piecing thread • ¼ in piecing foot • A few wound bobbins • Rotary cutter with new blade • Acrylic ruler at least 18” long • Rotary cutting mat Optional but Nice to have: Personal iron and pressing surface REMINDER: Class Cancellation Policy is one week in advance to receive a refund; otherwise, you will receive a store credit. If you cancel or do not show on the day of class, there will be NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT since we must compensate our teachers.
