Rewards:  Inspire’s reward program is our thanks to you for being a loyal customer.  After registration, you will receive a $5 off rewards coupon for every $100 spent. That’s an additional 5% discount!  We keep track of everything for you and will let you know when you have reached the coupon level. Rewards point balances also print out on your receipt with every purchase. We will redeem any eligible points at the time of check-out in the form of $ off your purchase. Rewards points is an ongoing program so you will always be working toward your next rewards coupon. Some purchases are not eligible for points (such as machines). You must make a purchase of $20 or more to redeem a $5 off rewards coupon. Points are not eligible to be stockpiled for a rainy day!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are based on estimated weight and destination of purchases. We hand pack and weight each package prior to shipping, so if your package acutal weight is below the estimated weight a shipping credit will be issued. You will be able to see your estimated shipping on the shopping cart page. Canadian shipping rates are higher than US rates. Most packages are shipped via US Postal Service Priority mail unless requested otherwise.  We will ship your items within 1 business day whenever possible. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and we will ship it as soon as possible.  If you are ever in question of any of our shipping rates, please do not hesitate to contact us at Lisa@InspireQuilting.com

We are not currently shipping to international customers. Please contact us for special shipping options.

*Please Note - International Customers: All Canadian packages are shipped via USPS. Inspire! Quilting and Sewing will ship via the most cost effective means either Priority or First Class. If we can put your order in a smaller flat rate Priority package we will lower your shipping charges accordingly. 

We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping. If a customer wants tracking or insurance they need to request it from us and will be billed at the applicable rate. If tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received we will assist in the tracking request but we will not be responsible for the receipt of the package. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Rates for Block of the Month Programs

All block of the month kits sent within the United States are sent via Priority Mail (shipping rates are subject to change based on postal rate increases).  Current rate is: $5.95

 For Canadian and international block of the month customers, block of the month kits will be sent via US Postal Service First Class Insured mail.

Current shipping rate for Canadian block of the month customers is $9.00 - $12.00 monthly depending on the program.

If a program will have a higher shipping rate it will be noted in the block of the month details.
If you are a local customer you may pick your blocks up at the store to save shipping costs.  Please let us know. Monthly blocks will be available on the date specified for each program.

Privacy & Security
Inspire! Quilting & Sewing will always keep all customer information confidential. We will never share or sell any information with outside parties under any circumstances.

Returns & Replacements
Our policy and promise to you is that we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product from us that is not what you thought you were getting, simply return it for a full refund minus shipping fees. You must notify Inspire! Quilting & Sewing of any discrepancies in your order within 30 days. Any returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned. We want you to know that you can depend on us to meet your needs. If there is ever anything we can do to make your shopping experience more enjoyable, please let us know!

Block of the Month 


When you register for any of our Block of the Month programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration. If you must cancel out of any block of the month program there may be a cancellation fee! We require a credit card number on file and will charge your card each month for the monthly cost of your program plus shipping and handling. You must provide valid credit card information for monthly shipments.  Programs vary, please read each program for length of program and associated shipping and handling costs. Block of the Month registration fees are non-refundable. Block of the month shipping rates vary and are listed in the paricular Block of the Month information.

Returns 

Any returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only. In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please call Inspire! Quilting & Sewing immediately and we will work out the details on a case by case basis.

Fabric

Fabrics are sold by the yard, our minimum cut is 1 yard  unless otherwise indicated.  Yardage must be ordered in 1 yard units. 

Class Cancellations

There are no refunds for cancellations of classes or special events less than two weeks prior to any event including retreats and national instructor events.  Some classes or events may have an earlier "no refunds after" date, please review this information before signing up for any event.

 Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Accepted Forms of Payment
-Pay Pal Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We must have a credit card on file for any block of the month program or Anita Goodesign Club member that requests regular shipping.

-Checks
If you would like to mail in a check for your order please let us know. We will gladly ship items after payment is received and cleared.

Sales Tax 
Orders placed from within the state of Florida will have 7.0% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Viewing Orders
To view your order, click on the shopping cart icon. Items can be updated or removed at any time prior to checkout. You can also save items in a "Wishlist" for future access. Saving an item in a shopping cart or Wishlist for 24 hours or longer does not guarantee the items will remain in stock.

Account information can be edited by logging in to your account. All personal information is available on your personal "My Dashboard" page.
